We will discuss results on Koszul Algebras that are defined by graphs. The starting result is the well-known fact that every algebra whose defining ideal is generated by quadratic monomials is Koszul. We will focus on two recent results (joint with A. LaClair, M. Matroeni, and J. McCullough) about other constructions producing Koszul Algebras from graphs.
